Replacement Policy
Replacements are available only for damaged or defective products, and the following conditions must be met:
The customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing the entire unboxing process.
The video must be continuous and unedited — no pauses, cuts, or edits are allowed.
The video must start before opening the package and continue while the package is being opened.
This video must be sent to us via WhatsApp at 7718817817.
The video must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
If these conditions are met, we will process a replacement for the product.
